本作的系列新作《宝贝万岁：天堂烦恼（Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise）》依然为《宝贝万岁》原班人马打造，游戏仍然保持了前作卡通可爱的画面风格，不过在本次的游戏当中，你可以与家人或朋友一道制作宝贝们美丽的花园。而玩家则需要精心照料自己的花园，而在此过程中玩家将可以得到金钱，这些金钱可以修建花园中的各种物体。前作中就已经十分强大的自制功能在本作中再度强化，玩家不但可以为宝贝们取名字，更可以把你的宝贝花园改造成空间站，甚至海盗船。本次的游戏中还加入了全新的32种不同形状、不同性格的宝贝，这也要求玩家对于全军的把握更加准确。除此之外，通过Xbox360专用的摄像头，玩家可以将专门卡片中的内容读取到游戏当中，为游戏增加乐趣。
